how do you install the pin on muzzle break on a romanian ak, the cleaning rod gets in the way how do you get passed that?

You must have ordered the one from Tapco too. You are right, it is not supposed to fit the SAR-1. I went to Dynasystems and bought their screw on break with the adaptor. Looks sweet.
