I just bought my SAR1 over the weekend. At the shop, I pulled back the bolt all the way to the rear and it stayed open. Is this supposed to happen? The guy behind the counter didn't know. At home I had the chance to fully investigate it. It seems that when I pull the bolt fully to the rear with an upward motion, the rails on the bolt carrier pop out of the receiver in the wider area of the receiver. You know, it's that same place where you lift the bolt carrier out for cleaning. When I push the bolt carrier downwards, it slides into battery. Now if I pull the bolt carrier all the way to the rear with downward pressure, this doesn't happen. The bolt has plenty of wiggle in it, which I believe is causing this. My concern is that the bolt will hang up when shooting. Will this happen? Should I sent it back to century arms? Please help.
