SAR-1 fireing pin retainer

I have a SAR-1 and the retaining pin for the fireing pin just fell out and is lost. 2 questions, where can I get another pin and how can I make sure this doesnt happen again? When I say it just fell out I'm not kidding it litteraly fell out!

Some of these CAN be pretty loose - probably came out while cleaning?

KVAR will sell you one... if it goes in "slopy", you might want to GENTLY peen one end to tighten it up... don't go too far, as you will need to get this out to clean the bolt properly.

You might try Gun Parts Corp. too, but their prices will probably be higher than K-Var.
