10rd mag jams?

Any one have some tips on how to fix a seemingly faulty sar1 mag. It jams on the feed.

The thing jams consistently when feeding its not the ammo, not the gun. It is a 10rd. probably romanian. Not one idea???

Try this (can't hurt): on the front inside the mag body, file a "chamfer" (angled cut) at that point. A round exiting the mag might hit the mag body at that point and misfeed/have the bullet forced back into the case. the "cut' will lessen that effect if it is the problem. Some mags are a little off in manufacter and can do things like this.

Are you using hollow points? If so, there is a thread somewhere around here that can help you. Does it misfeed on the first or second round? Third or fourth? If you are using ball ammo, check the front of the mag. There is probally a burr that needs filing. Hope this helps.
