Walther P-38 C&R

Hope someone can help me, I seem to get conflicting info and the ATF list I saw doesn't help much....is the Walther P-38 that SOG and AIM have for sale C&R??

Some of that last lot of P-38's were C&R. I'm pretty sure those are post war P-1's and are not C&R eligible.

yeah, those are the post war, non C&R ones.

Century has the Nazi marked war issue ones that are C&R but they cost twice as much. They're on special this month for $469.
