this is my new SKS that me and neilwest worked out a deal.I refinished the wood and touched up on the blue in the butt stock. cleaned her up and here she is.
the price I have in her:
gun $125.00 shipped
sand paper (free from work)
rubbing alcohol (free from work)
mineral sprites ( about .25 had a big bottle laying around the house)
epoxy (for small crack in stock and for fixing a stripped out wood screw free from work)
stain (free a friend gave me a bottle of it)
linseed oil in which I only put on 2 coats on ($7.27)
Tru oil (had some from last job (around $1.00)
Grand total $133.52 not bad I think

A very handsome rifle indeed. I really like the finish on the wood. Kind of rich looking. Now go shoot it.:D
