Yeah thats right Neilwest! It is a neat little surprise in some of the rifles. I don't think Redstar got one, but I think theRifleman did.

I got tow rifles, both had the ID tags.

Rifleman just rub it in I also got two the first no tag and on my second one it had a tag but it was not the person the rifle was issued to the serial # did not match.

1Had a name stamped in the wood that was all. I am amazed at how smooth the action is. Just like a swiss watch. It can be rechambered fast then the bolt due to less steps. Just pull straight back and snap back. no turn up pull, push in turn down. Amazing.:)
