Did Mauser ever make S/S barrels? I saw a company selling NEW condition (never installed) 1922 Mauser Factory 7x57mm Stainless barrels. The barrels were 19" in length and regular mauser contour. Since these are "factory barrels" would they be "drop ins" or would the have to be reamed to finish. They were $60, they also had new sporterized turned down/checkerized mauser bolts for $80.
