1. Got my Turkish Mauser today from a friend. I will post pics this evening.

2. Also got a killer looking bayonet for my 1916 Spanish Mauser:D :D :D

Shhhh - I broke down yesterday and ordered another new in wrap M44 because mine is so nice I want to have one I shoot regularly and one I put away. I could have bought one that was not re-arsenaled but it it is worth $20 more for a mirror bore etc...

If any of you saw that thread about my SAR recently, you guys know I lied because I said I'd get it fixed before buying another gun. Oh well! Really, I've called two gunsmiths and gotten no call backs (answering machine). It may be impossible in my town.
