Check Sarco in SGN. They have some .223 and .308 Galil parts and some furniture.

What do you mean by internals? the US fire control parts from the AK will work fine. You just have to grind the hammer a little to clear the magazine on the .308.

The select on the left side of the pistol grip is gone.

Check with Mike@MSC, i know he is trying to import some galil parts.
