shot my mak today

well yesterday and...
its the best 150.00 I ever spent what a cool little pistol
went through two boxs of wolf with nary a burp and it shoots to POA so I am very happy
I gotta get rid of that military grip with the weird right hand thumbrest (I'm left handed)
so I ordered some of the walnut grips from makarov.com
I read in another post how the wolf ammo tends to tumble and some of the wholes in the target were jagged and odd shaped so I assume thats what happened why is that?
I think I'll pick up some of the S&B stuff next time
what ammo do you guys use?

Glad you like your new little pistola. I use Wolf ammo in my PA-63 Mak copy and it works just great. I did notice the jagged holes too. I'm not going worry about it. If I were you, I would just stick with the Wolf ammo.

I use Barnaul and Master. Master usually is reloads except for 9x18,it's only NEW stuff.

Thanks for the report...When my CC recovers from my latest expenditures I think a MAK is in order....I'd like to get one of the double stacks but nobody can tell me anything about them like are the way more expensive are they available ect......
After the MAK,I think I'm going to save up for CLASS3!!! Woohoo I think an AR18 is in my future.....
