I own the ARM308 which damages the case on eject. Is there a fix for this problem? Any info would be helpful. Thanks

DaveL111 said he found a case buffer; see the topic "Galil rifles for sale..." in the "Build it Yourself" forum. You can check his profile and e-mail him if you wish.
BTW- Please tell us how your ARM shoots in the topic ".308 Galil accuracy" further down in this forum. Thanks.
Mine does too. I've heard that the Valmet port buffers will fit the Galil and eleminate the problem. I haven't found one yet though....

A problem I found with the Valmet port buffer that I saw was that it would not clear the Galil up-turned charging handle. The bent up brass was not that big of deal to me, the brass reloaded just fine. The dent came out 95% when sizing, and I had no case failures even though some of my brass had been through the Galil 6-8 times. The "dimple" never hit in the same spot twice. The brass did look kind of funny with all the "smiles" on it though! http://www.ak-47.net/akcgi/smile.gif
