Yes, they can. Just a little work on the rear lug with a file/dremel. Use the gun to check for fit.

Just curious, just bought ten of them. PLan on getting SAR-3 in future. or may hold onto them if post-ban galils become available

I know Weiger mags can be modified to fit the Valmet M76. Anybody know what mods need to be done?
