Help on value of 1909 Waffen-Und 30-06

I saw a buy on a Mauser Modelo Argentino 1909 Duetsche Waffen-und Munitions Fabriken Berlin Cal 30-06 N9657 , they are asking $179. They markings and crest and deeply stamped on it and rifle looks good. Is this a good buy? This is were I purchased a beautiful SKS for $108.95. I appreciate your expertise and advice, thanks.

Yep, sounds like a good one, these are rare, not that many made or in the US.
