I received my Mk. 5 No.1(F) Enfield "Jungle Carbine" today!

It was made April 1945 by the Royal Ordnance factory at Fazakerley. The rifle is in excellent condition all parts match even the magazine.

I won't be able too post more pictures until my Dad returns from Ireland (He borrowed my Digital camera).

It is really cleaning up nicely! More picks too come next week.

The person I bought it from supplied the picture. I sent a copy of the email to REDSTAR too see if it was a good buy luckily, because I deleted my email with the picture.

I will be finally shooting it on Sunday, and will post a range report.

Cool. I am going to try to go to the range Sunday also. Want to take the Enfield I am redoing. I can not, no scope mount. The front and rear sights are removed. Guess it's just me and the #5, maybe my M91 Finn. 8dDUCE.
