Makarov plunge - recomendations?

I'm taking the Makarov plunge!!!

I'm going to go with SOG's $109 deal unless someone can tell me of a better deal. The one thing holding me back is I took today off, I'm at my girlfriends and don't have the various flyers in front of me. I could have sworn one of the big dealers had a Makarov special on their flyer.

Does anyone want to suggest a place to get it other than SOG?

I have seen 3 from SOG (I own 2 and my roommate got 1).

They were all in perfect shape.

their cz52's are another story though.....

Thanks Shawn! CZ-52 is next :) so I'll avoid SOG for it if possible. By the way, I saw new CZ-52 barrels for sale somewhere.... I can find link in history folder if you want.

Century imported these guns, so I"m told so you'd think theirs would be cheaper yet they are not listed on webpage. :confused:

Sorry, these are now sold out, current info is they will arrive in late April or May, they will be posted here again when they come in.

Worse yet for me is the fact that I don't have my license on file with them. I may have to break down and get a CZ-52 instead. Wanted one of those too anyway...

Perhaps when the next batch comes in, for all the dealers, it's time to jump and acquire some of these fine weapons before they all disappear into private hands. Then, higher prices. I want a East German and a Bulgie at the very least.

Ah, good things come to those who wait, or so I'm told. I had really psyched myself up for one of these. It's been 10 years since I have bought a pistol and my .40 cal is too big for CCW.

I just found this Bulgarian Makarov at a local gunshop today.
Came with holster and 2 mags. Has some holster wear but looks like new inside.
