I am questioning a Norinco type-54 Tokarev. Whats different about this model is that it has black wrap around grips (still has the star on the grips though) and its in 9mm too. Made in the early 80's. I dont see a lanyard loop, but they say its a "military type" Chinese tokarev. Is it or not? In fact there is one on gunbrokers.com right now that looks identical to the one Im talking about. #3154058. Can anyone shead some light here on the different types of Chinese MILITARY type tokarevs. Im confused!!!!! I can only imagin that this type-54 is a later variant or an improved variant for the Chinese Army.
