Looks like left hand shooter holster wear on there with that rub mark in back of the muzzle on the left side and the plum wearing off the safety. But finish wear has nothing to do with how well it shoots. Let us know about that and what you consider a bargain.

Yes there is holster wear. Barrel and boltface look unfired.
Makarov pistol, two mags, original grip, holster, lanyard and cleaning rod $155.00 retail

I guess I got ripped off,I had to pay $157.00 for mine.It was also unfired and had about the same holster ware as yours. It was my sixth one I was a littel dissapointed with it.The other 5 were absolutly flawless,Thy were gobed with cosmolin and still wrapped in paper. all have been about the same price. But all in all I am a happy camper.the ones I have shot are awsome.#6 had a commercial grip so I am now looking for a Russian or Bulgarian military grip for it.

Beat my last one, $200 but it came with all the above plus a third mag, hard case and 100 rounds.

I take great comfort in the fact that it is so point of aim that it scares you at first. I love it when someone fires it and stops, looks at side of the pistol, says God Damn!, and empties the mag into the ten ring.

I just got a new Bulgarian also, with new condition pistol, 2 matched mags, new holster, new lanyard and new cleaning rod. With the red military star grips also. All for $152. I cant believe the deal I got. Pistol was in that cosmoline also and never fired or issued. It is so hard to believe how inexpensive these East Block pistols are, and except for that Romanian Model 95, they are high quality guns. Someday, when these guns cost thousands of dollars, we will look back and say "I remember when you could get Makarovs for $150, new, with all the accessories." Like you used to be able to do with Lugers in the 1950's.

Are you kidding?

I've had at least one of every Egyptian made AK except a Steyr. We have one for every member of the family whether they can hold it up or not. I have autographed pictures of General K.. Click the WWW link below this message.

I like AK's. Not as much as some but way more than anyone else in my neighborhood. ;)
