are the century german p38 pistols c&r eligable?

and is there an easier way to find out if a gun is c&r eligableother than checking the list from atf.

why dont most wholesalers list them as c&r if they are

The P-38 currently offered by Century is C&R. Most of the ones you see advertised are the post war models and they are not C&R. I'd have to read up on it more. Some companies have C&R firearms but choose to deal with 001 FFL only not 003 so they don't list them as such. Hope this is more helpful than confusing.

The P-1 a post war version of the P-38 is not not C&R yet.
