Need a M48 or M98 Where to get?

Hey guys, almost finished with my Turk and want to get a M48 or M98 for my next project. Love the Mausers!

Does anyone have the M98's at a good price now? Think century will ever get anymore?

How about the Yugo M48's? I kind of want one to fix up. Should I get the M48A from Aim at $99? Any other places?

Also, what is the main difference between the M48 and the M48A?

If the M48A's are in the condition described by AIM that's the best deal I ever saw on them. I'd recomend getting one quick becuase those will go fast.

The only difference I can remeber between the two designations is that the floorplate is stamped on the M48A while it's milled on the M48. Maybe one or two other very small differences. They are essentially the same rifle. If you do a search in this forum theres a post that describes all the differences, it will be back from November/December I think.

I paid $169 for my M48A in unissued condition from CDNN but I would rate it as an Excellent since some Yugo prick carved his initials in the stock. I don't know what it is with those guys :mad:
I was strongly considering another of these AIM rifles myself.

How'd the Turk go? I'll check the Turk forum and see if you posted about it.
