Whats the difference between m1903 and m1903a3

I am not up on these type of rifles. So I am sure the question sounds stupid. I think I might need one for my collection. Any info would be great.

The 1903 has the rear sight mounted onto a sleeve that is pressed to the rear of the bbl. An 03A3 has a receiver mounted peep sight and the top handguard is full lengh.

There are also more stamped parts in the 03A3 then in the 03.
