I think SARCO has some and IIRC there was a rumor that the CMP may be getting some. Other than this pathetic bit of info I'd lean towards the auctions sites.

1903's will range in price from $450 to $850 depending on condition, serial number range and manufacturer. WWI originals are worth more than a WWII rebuild most times but not always. SR #'s below 800,000 are not as desirable because of possibly too hard receivers that could shatter if you shoot one. Rock Island Arsenal is the only other manufacturer of 03's. Their safe SR#'s start at 370,000 approx.
