CMP Ammo Shipment

Finally got here. Mailed order on 12/8/01, CC hit on 2/21/02 and ammo arrived today. (Delayed due to transfer of ammo sales from Ohio to the arsenal in Anniston, AL) Lake City either 1966 or 69. Can't tell if the second is a 6 or a 9. Very clean looking. Guess my thumb will be sore loading clips tonight. 400rds delivered for $99.50. They sent it Signature Required but they left it anyway. I'll post how it shoots when I get to the range. :)

I was able to get one of the last shipments of LC 69 still in clips from CMP a few months back. It pretty good stuff.

I've got a can of .30 carbine on order for a few weeks now, looks like yours took almost two months to arrive, so I've still got a while to wait.

Hopefully the lead time will decrease now that they have gotten everything switched over. This stuff is a good buy. Classic Arms has Talon for $70 for 250rds. That's roughly $160 to my door for 500rds. Not bad but this stuff is a better deal. I'd like to order a can every six weeks or so until I reach my limit for this year.
