Has anyone ever seen on of these up close? Has anyone ever heard anything about them? Crap or otherwise?

All your getting for $139.95 is the trigger housing. If you mount it then you need to go find an AR-15 buttstock and pistol grip. Your rifle will look like two monkeys fucking a football. The rifle they show is completely converted to be a 10 shot, $1000 Frankenstein. They've been around for a while but no ones jumping on their product that I know of. I'd pass. I like my French rifles just the way they are. You can get them converted to .308 with an adjustable gas system like an FAL for about $200 or slighlty less and there was a guy who would custom fit FAL mags and weld the clip on the outside so you had 20rds capacity. I'd not not mess with this a offer. Just my .02
