I'm about to purchase a new M7 Classic does anyone out there know anything about this AK...Has there been a review on this gun ? I just read about the front sight problems. They are expensive compared to others.

here is a link to an article that I read. Also note they shot on a cold day, and I am not sure if the subsonic ammo was figured in with the grouping average. But it is good reading nonethe less. There is a lot of talk of these in the arsenal forum. here is the link http://www.modernsurvival.net/article3pre.htm

If so, it's one of the besk AK-47s on the market now, I won one and love it!. See tennesseeguns.com for the best price!

The Bulgarian Forum might have the best scoop on these.

It seems Arsenal jumped the gun with their SGNs add a couple of months ago.
The photo in their add showed what looked like a true AK-47 with blonde wood.
They should be about ready to ship.
FAC & Tenn Guns should be the best place to get one. I believe you'll have to order 3 or more to get one directly from Arsenal.

Hmmmmph, If you have two buddies and order direct you might save a few bucks.

As for the front sights of the SA-M7 STD. model.
They are tight as per Bulgarian Mil. Spec.
they require a stout F.S.tool

Arsenal ( K-VAR) said they are going to build some tools that will be availible.

IMHO, they should include these tools with the rifles.

BTW, I used a Chinese sight tool with a cheater bar to adjust the sight on my SLR-95
:D
