UPS delivered my yugo yesterday evening. I tore it down last night. It is in excellent condition. Dark blueing all over (except muzzle and trigger housing), #'s match on receiver, floor plate and bolt. The stock has the #'s stamped in beside another set that has a line through them.
I managed to remove the round nut with two holes in it. What is the proper tool to use? I used a brass punch but I want to avoid doing this in the future.
I'm very pleased with this rifle and considering this is my 1st C&R, I may be spoiled from now on. I will buy another sometime but need more different types for now.
Is their a link with another manual for disassembly other than the one to Mitchells? It doesn't show how to remove the wood. I quessed at how to disassemble it and got lucky, nothing hurt.
