Yugo good first mauser?

I have wanted to get a mauser for awhile and was just looking at the Yugo M48s on AIM Surplus website in excellent condition for $99. Is this a good choice as a first mauser? It sounds like a really nice gun, and I want one to shoot also so I am interested in feedback on these. If its not a good choice, what is the best choice if you want a nice mauser to shoot as well as have for a nice piece in the cabinet? Thanks!

Order one. NOW. These rifles are VERY underpriced - I don't think mine had fired more than 5 rounds in its life...
