Will the swedish bayonet fit on the Hakim, they look like they have the same mounting system

Once again yes it will work or should work. Sometimes given variation within even the same model of rifle a bayonet may not fit without tweaking it a bit. Biggest example is the muzzle loop ring is too small for the diameter of the barrel. I've had this on Turk Mausers quite often.
