Buyer Beware.
Jonathan Arthur Ciener is the worst possible company to try and do business with. On December 20th 2001 I mailed a Money Order for $302.10 to this company that so much good has been written about to order an AK47/S Conversion kit. After waiting till the end of January with no response I called and was told, by a very nice lady, that they had been back ordered and that mine would ship in a week or two. On March 26th I call and get the most irate, biggest jerk I have ever spoken to, who proceeds to inform me that he is the head man and there is still a back order and he doesn't know when if ever he will fill my order. I said that I would like a refund and this jerk proceeds to give me a lesson in American business and about how all his people are off sick or have family problems. I was very nice and never lost control or raised my voice the way he did. He then said if I wanted a refund he was going to keep 25%. I ask him if he didn't think that was wrong and he started another lesson in business. I then said he must have been talking to a lot of irate customers for him to have been able to develop such a wonderful customer service attitude. Anyone out there had any luck getting a refund from deadbeat companies in Florida? If this company was ever really any good, it AIN"T now.
