Neilwest wanted me to post this because he was embarrassed because he got another weapon this month;)
This is the GEW98 I got from Century. It is a 1917 and was apparently owned by Heinz. It was in bad shape, dry as a bone. I steelwooled her with lemon oil and tung oiled her so far. The metal is pitted and 50% blued. I am not doing anything to it other than clean and oil.
