my first post, please humor me.
Recently aquired a Norinco folding stock AK. It is a stamped receiver with all the evil features. It is marked 5GS1-1. 4119XX, I beleive the 19XX is the serial # as the receiver cover is stamped with the same #. There is a triangle with 66 inside it. ?CI/USA is also on the receiver. Any info please.
It shows wear, maybe 80% grading but shoots great and is hard on the shoulder!!

That G should be a 6. 4119xx is the serial#. The chinese stamped the last four digets of the serial# on the parts of rifles. The 66 denotes which factory assembled the parts made in small factories all over china into your rifle. CI/USA is the importer.
