yeah it's nice, but you do know there is no such of a animal as "garand tanker"....but if you real like it, and would like one, then go for it....there is only one person in this whole world that you have to please, and thats yourself....for the money this thing is getting, and the auction is still 2 days+ from closing....the price will definetly go up. for the money I would buy a CMP garand.....but that's just me.

Many "Tanker" Garands are "Rewelds".

I'd pass. I'll have to check but IIRC there was a CA based company by the same name that made a POS copy of the 1903/03A3. PBR and the Sarge are correct about the rewelds and this one is referred to as a rebuild so who knows? Just my .02
