1. Truely a nice .45. It appears to be an exact duplicate of the Colt model 1911. Parkerized with like new plastic grips. Beautiful looking. Colt parts are interchangable. Will post pics this evening.

Ditto - although i think it is sandblasted/blued, which does appear like a magnesium posphate "parkerizing".

Don't you just love that wide spur hammer?

Neil your's has plastic grips?

All of mine came with rubber grips. I had to modify one grip because it was hitting the slide stop and making it catch the slide on recoil.
