Yup, about the only thing you can't put ON a pre-ban is a WORKING grenade launcher.

All post ban .308 M-90 Yugoslavian rifles come with a nonremovable flash hider. I have even seen Mak 90 Poly Tech rifles with the spike bayonet chopped off and with no post ban markings whatsoever. No numbers added to serial number or origional serial numbers ground off and restamped.

These should say "sporter" somewhere on them. They were "AKS" models and did not say MAK-90 or any other new name, but they were stamped "sporter" in small letters somewhere. The first post-bans had to either have the year or "sporter" marked on them somewhere. They were the one's stuck in New York and LA port of entries when the ATF placed a hold on importation in late 1989.
