m48a detail cleaning/takedown

Hey does anyone know where I can find info on complete detail strip on a Yugo m48a? I want to seperate the wood and metal for cleaning and degreasing but I cant find any info.

Okay. I saw some stuff on removing the barrel band...


BTW the gun is *COATED* in cosmoline but as soon as I get it home and clean it I know i'll be in love. the wood looks great. The K31 aim sale special has a crack in it but I'm still in love. These guns are great!.

BTW The sar-1 looks fantastic, the wood is so nice for a SAR you can see the grain and its got a lot of pattern to it, its not overly heavy, its cool
