A friend of a friend wants to sell me a $700 AK 47 that will take high cap mags. It has that tasco red dot which I'm not crazy about, a folding stock, and fixed synthetic stock and a scope with it.
Also, it has a forged reciever. Is this a good deal? I wish I could tell you the manufactuer. It was suposedly sold in a tactical kit.

If the rifle is a pre'89 ban rifle then it sounds like it might be a very good deal. If it's not then it sounds like it is an illegaly modified weapon and you could build a new one yourself for less money if you want to go that route.

SOunds like a Milled Reciever MAC Post ban. there's no way that someone would sell a pre-ban milled for that price. Course it is getting closer to Jan. and the Cali's have to either register, fight, or sell. Hopefully however it's the second choice.

It's Bulgarian and its NIB. He says the receiver is forged. The folding stock is american and my dealer claims it can be used added to the gun legally. I know how paranoid my dealer is (he still pays income tax even!) and don't think he'd sell me an illegal weapon. He says the dealer down the street is aksing $1000 without any of the accessories.

There are NO pre-ban Bulgarian rifles, so you can NOT put the folder on.
Hello,
If you like it then buy it!
