Legal reloads???

Do present Federal laws restrict the general public from manufacturing/reloading "special" ammunition such as armor piercing, or tracer ammo?

Fedral law resricts the mfg of armor pericing bullets not reloading ap bullets. The only forbiden mfg is ap and high explosive bullets everything else is legal. Check you state laws.
