Notice the Flat mainspring housing, no scallops on the frame by the trigger, short grip safety spur and long hammer spur.

What a beauty! I'm sad to say I don't have one yet. I've been waiting for a real good buy on one and something else always comes up.

Those grips are wonderful.

I find all 1911's attractive,new and used.New ones because they are beautiful in 100% condition and used ones because of what they probably have been through.

Here's mine....Wish I had more....

Bottom one is a Super Star B 9mm not really a 1911 but same style...
Top is a 1927 model Colt manufactured.....Kind of a franken gun though frame doesn't match and is a commercial frame.Slide was manufacturered for the Argentine federals.....

i don't know why it's doing that. i don't know why red x's aren't even showing up. webshots has been really screwy lately. should work if you cut and past the url's.
