Fox eradication programme

While politicians in the UK tut-tut over fox-hunting and seek to ban it, an Australian state has earmarked a supplementary $3 million to encourage fox eradication.
The State Treasurer in Victoria has announced that the entire region is to trial a new fox-hunting bounty. Anyone successfully catching or shooting a fox in the State during the months of July, August and September will be paid a bounty of $10 per animal – a tail is the evidence needed to earn the cash.
We wonder quite how the antis might react if a similar system were to be applied in the UK?
