I have a bit of a sticky situation with a B-West Receiver. Having had success building other guns such as an AR15, back in 1991 I decided to build an AK47. I bought a B-West receiver and parts from Lathrops in Tucson. I then tried to press the barrel in the front trunion by hand, and yes, I now know that was a big mistake. The barrel only went in part of the way and became stuck. Once I decided I couldn't get the barrel out, a removed the front trunnion, put it in a box, and that's how I left it. I have since found out that there might be legal issues with assembling this receiver with the foreign parts I bought with it. Can this receiver be legally assembled, and if so, with what kind of parts?
