NEW JERSEY!
Where's that?
Just kidding. I know that you have some tough gun laws in your State but I really don't know.
Move out to Nevada for a nice change.
Take care, OUT

You can't even buy the magizines for a AK in New Jersey. Much less the guns they fit. Go to your local gun shop and ask about buying a AK they know the all about the state laws.

I live in NJ and I own a own a MAK90. If you want one contact me at ncktst@yahoo.com and I'll be glad to give you the name of some dealers that carry them at decent prices.
You can also own 20 & 30rnd mags as long as they are blocked to 15rnds.
Wish I had seen this when it was first posted.

New Jersey sucks ass. However there are plenty of weapons that are still legal in NJ. You can buy a Tommy gun and other fun items. The SAR1/2/3 are all legal in NJ. MAK90 is legal. I believe WASR-10s that can accept all AK magazines and drums are legal as well.

You should all buy a copy of "Nappen II: New Jersey Gun, Knife & Weapon Law" as well. It will put you at ease about a lot of issues with New Jersey. It says that AP for rifles and shotguns is legal, but not if it can be fired in a handgun. Tracers are legal to possess but not fire. Incendiaries are legal to possess but not fire. Body armor is legal if you're not wearing it while committing, attempting to commit or fleeing the scene of a crime, but not legal if you've ever been convicted of certain crimes (rape, homicide, etc.)

This book can probably be found at your friendly neighborhood gun shop, or at this site. (http://www.evannappen.com)

Damn, how the hell did you dig up that old thread. 56s has not posted here in over three years.

Welp, figured I'd see if other people wanted answers to the same questions I've asked and had answered.
