Popshot, on the left side of the receiver you'll see a retaining spring that locks in both the trigger & hammer pins. If memory serves you need a small hook to pull up the retaining spring out of the pin notch where it crosses over the trigger/disconnector, then the trigger pin can be pushed out to the left. After removing the trigger/disconnector you need to push down on the retaining spring to clear the pin notch on the bottom then push the hammer pin out to the left. After removing the hammer & hammer/trigger spring you can rotate the safety (which holds the retaining spring) up until it matches the receiver hole and remove the safety from the right side of the receiver. You can now lift out the cross pin retaining spring. (I hope I didn't leave any steps out...) HTH...

Tomac, Thats how one takes out a standard "chinese" type retainer, this is a different type of retainer that doesn't connect to the selector lever...looks like a hairpin

Surely someone has removed the trigger group from a sa-93 with this "hair-pin" looking retaining spring. If you have please share the proceedure.
