My Maadi's gas piston is wobbling too. Shooting great, no problem at all. I guess it is common.

I have seen norinco's,maddi's, and hungarian's with loose pistons. With no problems functioning. Just a cosmetic thing.

My Maadi gas piston is loose where it joins into the bolt carrier. It won't come out, but there is quite a bit of wobble. I just got the gun, and have only fired it once with no malfunctions, and I'm trying to decide if this is normal or not. Any suggestions? (my first AK and a GREAT gun!)
