Do they work well with Galils and Valmets?

I have some Galils and Valmets that need protection as much as my more traditional AKs. I'd sure like to hear about users' experiences with these buffers installed in Galils and Valmets.

Also, are the red ones adequate for rifles chambered in 7.62mm x 51mm?

Brian over on the valmet-weapons.com site did product testing on my buffers and gave them a very good rating. These will work on any AK type rifle.

To answer your second question, the red AK buffer is the most durable and will work fine with that round, I do have several customers with Romak-3's that use the blue buffers and love them. Both will hold up just fine.
