ar pre ban receiver

check the FOR SALE BOARD...someone was selling a pre-ban AR. the thing you have to be very careful of, just becasue the serial number falls in the pre-ban range.....does not mean it's a true pre-ban. in order for the receiever to be a true pre-ban, it had to start out as a complete rifle, with all the evil features, flash suppresor, bayo lug either by the factory, or with some other proof that it was made into a rifle prior to sept. 94. otherwise what you end up buying is a very expensive post ban type receiver, and one that makes you a felon. as for a resonable price, if you consider 6-700 bucks or more a reasonable price, then you may find one, but don't think you'll find one for under 600.

ya know life just sucks, that kinda ruling is a load of crap, an they wonder why ppl absolutely hate the BATF, oh well, doesn't look like old George Jr. is gonna reign them in either da lamer. oh well still better then gore by a mile.... well i did see a SP1 for a grand but damn that's alot of outlay i know i could sell the upper for some recoup or just keep it, i always did like the normal standard barrels, don't really like the HBars...oh well....maybe a krink is still cheaper to keep her..........
