Gunparts inc is selling Mle 36 rifles for $36.00 each, fair to good, but complete! Just though you would want to know about it. Item #713560, page 1094 of Cat.#24 (Current issue) Dale in Ala

What is their grading system on "fair to good" NRA or like Century's? Any other full guns in that catalog? Thanks

As far as I can tell, nothing about this is on the web site, just in the printed new catalogue, when I called the girl said that they has "Less than a thousand left" As to grading, I have no idea what standards they use. Dale

Dale,
I saw your reply in my thread at the other board. I would love to see how your 10 that you ordered looks like. I express mail them my money order and C&R yesterday for 1.

Don't ask for the gun by name, use the item number when you call.

you could ask them when you call. If you're going to order I'd get it in. I think people are getting a heads up on this and if you're going to mail your order you're looking at a holliday coming up

Well, it's Monday July 1. I called Numrich and ordered 2 MAS 36 rifles. Sure hope one of 'em is better than the $70 sewer pipe I already have. Like the guy on the phone said, "It's a pretty good deal for $36."
Now I just have to wait a week or so to see what I get.

So far as of July 6, 2 matched, one prewar with a blank bolt, and blank early floorplate, and blank early TG........Not bad for 36.00, and a very good bore too!!!! Dale in Ala

In case you hadn't seen it yet, I've posted pictures of mine the other day on the GD board.
