I recently ordered some FMJ from Cole and
found it to be as advertised and delivered quickly. My stuff was made by the "Ulyanovsk" factory and looks good and functions well. It does not have the waterproof seals, but that is not a major concern to me. I recall hearing that the HP
is NOT the Wolf brand that is so popular right now. It is probably also from the same factory as my FMJ. I have some HP from "Ulyanovsk" and it seems to be just as good as the rest of the Rusian stuff around. It is flat based, lead cored shallow cavity HP.

I have yet to find bad Russian ammo. WOLF/Tula/TCW/Klimovsk/Ulyanovsk/JSC Barnaul....
