1. I got another Carcano 91/28 from Century today. It was in great shape, No cracks good wood, not much blue and some pitting but otherwise very nice.

2. My Star B 9mm Pistol arrived from Allens Arsenal and again he has sent me a very nice piece. It has the nazi proofstamp on the side next to the grip and it is 99% blues. Barrel is mirror. This is a true keeper.

1. StarB 9mm was made for Spain. These are C&R as they were made during the war For Germany by Franco's Neutral Govt.

Ive actually seen quite a few of the German marked Star B's floating around lately.Price is usually about $225.As I have told you guys before. The Germans used a ton of different pistols during WW2.It would take a couple pages to list every one that was in service.

1. OK, you got it. This is a 1930 91/28 from Terni in a 6.5 with a VIII stamped which is the 8th year of Mussilini's reign. The cartuche on the receiver is a crown on a cross.

Neil,

That's a gorgeous Italian!!! Looks almost mint from the pic. Is 6.5 ammo readily available? It almost looks like a Mosin Nagant.

1. It isnt hard to find but the price is up there, about $15.00 per box of 20 from Norma.

2. Hornady is preparing to mass produce the 6.5 carcano round due to the interest in them so the prices are gonna be dropping real soon.

3. These things are fun to shoot and collect.
