I was buying some accessories from Century, then I go to look at the bayonets and see this pretty modern SIG bayonet, and it's only $18. It has a plastic scabbard, but the blade is double edged like a dagger and it's heavy S/S. It's really nice. I Had to have it. What does it fit?

Those are really nice Bayonets for the money. They were issued with the Swiss Stgw. 57 Assault Rifle which is currently being phased out of service.

Yup, they are nice. Looks like very high quality workmanship, too. Not familiar with the Swiss weapon they came from. Maybe they'll go C&R someday?
I am not a "collector" of bayonets, but I have a few for the various rifles if the cost isn't too dear.

Check out www.swissrifles.com for info on the Stgw.57 and all of the Swiss weapons and bayonets. I doubt this rifle will ever be C&R since it is an evil " Assault Rifle " and full auto. Parts kits are available from DSA but nobody offers a semiauto receiver that I know of.
