Here is a picture of my "NEW/LIKE NEW" M4 Bayonet from Fulton Armory.
What do you guys think?

This picture is of my "NEW/LIKE NEW" M4 Bayonet (bottom) and my Imperial M4 that I got in a recent trade (top).

Looks like the blade is new/like new and the leather handles have been mistreated/weathered.
Who's the maker of the one you just got?
I have a few M4 bayonets and of the ones I have I like the Danish the best.

The one on top is a Imperial, the "NEW" one is a Utica.
The reason the blade on the Utica looks so good is because it's been reparked. The leather handle is dry and, as you say, weathered. I am a little disappointed.
I don't blame you at all I'd be disappointed also.
You could try using neats foot oil on it. Depending on how bad it is it may or may not improve/revitalize it.
I use that on some of my leather handles and stuff(scabbards, holsters, slings, etc.).
I had bought a surplus MRT sling NIW and it had a paper in there specifically saying to use neats foot oil on it before using because it was stored dry and with out the oil it would crack.

Dittos, that's what I was thinking about the Neats.

I contacted Fulton Armory today and sent it back. They were very professional and said they would do what it took to make me a happy customer. I'll post a picture of the exchanged bayonet when it arrives.
Cool.
If it's alot better I'll have to order.
